OFPA Exhibits

Exhibits for the 2018 Convention will be Thursday, October 18, 2018 from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

There will be a educational sessions, workshops, breakfast, lunch and reception in the exposition!

Only 20 exhibitors will be selected to display the latest innovations in products, services and equipment. Visit exhibits and register for door prizes.

Exhibitors will give one minute flash talks during the Educational Sessions to introduce their company products, services and equipment to a wide range of food processors.

    Booth A-4: The Sensory Service Center offers descriptive, discrimination, and consumer analysis of products. The professional descriptive panel has extensive experience in profiling food products for appearance, aroma, flavor and texture. We conduct consumer testing on demand and recruit respondents according to your specifications. Testing is usually in a laboratory setting, but we also provide services for central location and home-use testing. Consumer panelists are recruited from our databases of 5300 consumers.
